How I work
My practice is a warm and respectful space tailored for childhood. Here, a secure bond, autonomy, and unstructured free play become the main catalysts for change and learning.
Through my own therapeutic model, I integrate the scientific efficacy of cognitive-behavioral psychology with the deep humanistic philosophy of Montessori pedagogy. The result is comprehensive support that respects each child's developmental pace and empowers families.

About Me
I am Elisabet García, a general health psychologist specializing in children and adolescents. With over 15 years of professional trajectory, I began my path in Early Intervention, where I acquired deep knowledge about neurodevelopment and prevention for almost a decade.
For over five years, I have combined my clinical practice with the role of educational counselor at a prestigious Montessori school. This dual experience, combined with my training in childhood trauma (EMDR) and positive discipline, has allowed me to develop a unique psychotherapeutic model.
I firmly believe that every child has their own rhythm and that true change begins when their adult environment decides to look at their inner world with curiosity, respect, and empathy.
